On its tour of Germany, this new information and dialogue initiative from the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF) demonstrates how innovations can change our lives for the better. The initiative was presented by Federal Minister Professor Johanna Wanka at the start of this year’s Hannover Messe trade fair on 24/04/2017. The InnoTruck, which is a two-level exhibition vehicle, will be starting its trip around Germany in its guise as the “Innovation ambassador” of the BMBF, giving a visual demonstration of the role of innovations in our day-to-day lives. inomed will be present too.
The exhibition in the InnoTruck displays more than 80 interesting research and technology exhibits as well as fascinating multimedia experiences. A stimulating journey of discovery is provided to interested visitors over two storeys and around 100 m² of exhibition space. The idea is not just to look, but also to touch and try things out. Specialists are on hand to offer explanations of the individual exhibits and to engage in more detailed discussions concerning them.
inomed has also been given the unique opportunity to use the InnoTruck initiative as a platform and to present the company's “Optical CI” project, which is currently being funded by the BMBF, as well as another exhibit.
