In addition to our presence in remote locations, our headquarters is the base for our technical staff and subject experts. We recognize that using our systems effectively depends on the systems functioning correctly and the user being able to operate the product correctly. Our technical staff are available to provide internet, telephone or on-site servicing and support.

Training Courses:

We believe open communication with our customers and end-users is one of the most important components to our success. For this reason, inomed regularly organizes seminars for surgeons, MTAs and OP staff. We offer clinicians the opportunity of working with state-of-the-art products resulting from our research and development. An extensive on-site orientation course and accompanying commissioning are viewed as essential features of our training service.

Regular maintenance, inspections and software updates are essential to ensure this.
