Pain Treatment accessories

The

LG2 lesion generator >>

is a system used for temperature-controlled radiofrequency treatment. A number of application-specific accessories for pain therapy are available for this purpose. These include disposable and reusable TC pain electrodes >> in various lengths, as well as the appropriate cannulas. >> The length and diameter of the active tip of the cannula determine the size of the lesion.

The C3 CryoSystem >> for cryotherapy is a state-of-the-art system that uses low temperatures to cut through the axons on the affected nerves and thus interrupts pain conduction. For this purpose inomed offers cryoprobes in two versions (1.3 mm probe and 2.1 mm probe) as well as suitable disposable cannulas.

The C3 cryoprobes use the Joule-Thomson principle of gas expansion to achieve low temperatures at the tip of the probe. Cryogenic gas (CO2 or N2O) flows at high pressure into the probe tip, where it flows through a small opening into a chamber of relatively large volume. The resulting drop in pressure causes the gas to cool rapidly, enabling the precise application of cryotherapy.

Whether thermal lesion treatment or cryotherapy - we will be happy to advise you on your choice so that you can find the right accessories for your pain therapy for every application.
